Tomorrow I (re)start the Dukan diet. Five days of Attack Phase and a lot of Cruise Phase days and the rest is in the distant future.
This hopefully will help me stick to it (the diary of my eating), it's time to regain my pre everything figure.
I have read such fantastic things about the diet and have had some success on it previously - though I haven't made it past the attack phase successfully. But this time is different .... I hope.
