F@&*% it

Day 4: Did not go well.

Total lost: 2.1kg, up from yesterday.

The only positive thing I can say is, I exercised.

And only sort of cheated - toast and peanut butter, strawberry drinking yoghurt, 2x chocolates, raisins.

I suck so badly at dieting and I am grumpy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is another day.
