Day 6

Good Morning,

So my weight has been steadily going up and my morale down. So I'm trying something else.

Trying to cut out sugar. Anything with more than 10g more 100g I must avoid and then more protein, because it really helps keep me full and not hungry. And of course exercise.

PS: I'm not bi-polar, just really bad at dieting.

PS: When I'm feeling strong again I will do the Dukan diet again.
